User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using SkyBox means you agree to this agreement and any future updates. If you disagree, stop using the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 13+, provide accurate information, and safeguard your credentials. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. License & Platform Use

SkyBox grants a limited license for access and personal use. Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling content is prohibited.

4. User Content

You own your uploads but license SkyBox to host and display them. Ensure your content is lawful and non-infringing.

5. Payments & Virtual Items

Purchases are final unless required by law. SkyBox may modify pricing or discontinue paid features.

6. Service Changes & Termination

We may update, suspend, or end services. We can close accounts that violate policies or harm others.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

SkyBox is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to six months of fees paid.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SkyBox against claims arising from your content or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration at SIAC.
